PYROAST, a name synonymous with the rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans, was the beating heart of Tan Lee Et Food Industry. However, our founder's journey into the world of coffee began much earlier, when he was just a young boy.

Growing up amidst the intoxicating scent of roasted coffee, Young Tan developed a deep-rooted passion for the craft. He spent countless hours observing the meticulous process, from the selection of raw beans to the final roasting. His father, the founder of Tan Lee Et, would often share stories of the early days, the trials, and the triumphs.

These tales ignited a fire within Young Tan, a desire to not only preserve the legacy but to elevate it to new heights. At the tender age of 18, Young Tan's passion for coffee led him to pursue a coffee certification. He successfully obtained an R-grader certification, a testament to his deep understanding of Robusta coffee quality and taste. This achievement allowed him to alleviate the workload of his father and contribute meaningfully to the family business.

Driven by a keen eye for detail and an insatiable curiosity,Young Tan revolutionised the coffee manufacturing process line. He earned his Q-grader certification, a testament to his expertise, and implemented innovative technologies to enhance the roasting process. By experimenting with a vast array of bean varieties, he unlocked a world of flavour profiles, captivating the discerning palate.
