These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website ( www.pyroast.com) and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are
PYROAST is operated by Tan Lee Et Food Industry Pte. Ltd. ("Tan Lee Et"), a company registered in Singapore (Business Registration Number: 201017591N).

Our Services & Limitations
Our website is intended for users residing in Singapore only. We cannot accept orders from outside Singapore. We strive for accurate product information, but pricing errors may occur. We'll verify prices before order confirmation. We may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their products or services.

Placing Your Order
When you place an order, you're essentially making an offer to buy a product from us. We'll send you an email confirmation to let you know we've received your offer and are processing it. However, please note that this email doesn't guarantee your order has been accepted. Our final acceptance happens when we deliver the product to you. In case of stock issues, we may reach out to offer a suitable alternative product after confirming with you.


Payment Options
We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Choose your preferred option at checkout. Here are some options include, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Debit Card, Online Banking (for participating banks in Singapore), PayPal and Atome (BNPL). 

Once you've selected your payment method and entered the necessary details, you'll be able to review your order total and confirm your purchase.

Your order won't be processed until your payment is confirmed.

Returns and Refunds
Any claims regarding product quality or discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery. Failure to notify Tan Lee Et of the discrepancy within this timeframe may result in your liability for the full purchase price.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be: unused; in its original, undamaged packaging; and in the same condition as when you received it. We will inspect the returned product and notify you of our decision within 2-3 business days.

Please note perishable items, such as coffee, are not eligible for return or refund.

Customer to be responsible for covering the return shipping fee. For more information on processing timelines and details, kindly refer to our "Refund Policy". Our LiabilitWe warrant purchased products are of satisfactory quality. Our liability is limited to the product's purchase price. Brand warranties may apply; please refer to the specific brand for details.


Notices
You: Send notices to TAN LEE ET FOOD INDUSTRY PTE. LTD., 12 Chin Bee Crescent, Singapore 619896.
We: Send notices via email or postal address provided at order placement.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or performance failures due to events beyond reasonable control ("Force Majeure"). This includes (but is not limited to): strikes, lockouts, or industrial action; civil unrest, riots, invasions, terrorist threats or acts, war (declared or not); natural disasters such as fire, explosions, floods, earthquakes, or epidemics; disruptions to public or private transportation or telecommunication networks; and government actions or regulations.

During a Force Majeure event, our performance of the contract is suspended, and we'll have an extension for the duration. We'll act reasonably to resolve the situation and fulfill our obligations.

Waiver
Our failure to enforce strict performance of your obligations under these Terms & Conditions doesn't constitute a waiver of our rights. A waiver for one breach doesn't waive future breaches. Waivers by us must be expressed in writing.

Severity
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be valid.

Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions and any referenced documents constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior agreements. We acknowledge no reliance on representations or promises made before this agreement. Our remedies are limited to those provided in these Terms & Conditions.

Updating the Terms and Conditions
PYROAST and Tan Lee Et Food Industry have the right to update these Terms & Conditions. You'll be subject to the version in effect at the time of your order, unless required changes are mandated by law, or we notify you before providing dispatch confirmation. In the latter case, your continued use of our services after notification signifies acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions, unless you notify us otherwise within seven working days.
